There are arms that hug, hands that wave, bodies that sing the greetings and goodbyes, in each moment we're alive, we hold each other. We celebrated, at this point in time, fifty years of Coral da Universidade Federal do Ceará, fifty years of musical hugs, dream journeys, moments shared and moments gone.

 

“Abraços”, our spectacle, translates into music the free desire to explore trust and love: the desire and the mission of being happy. We're children in search for other children, toys and flowers and, with open arms, make way through the music and poetry that lives in everyone, to find each other.

 

There are arms, there are mouths and there are eyes. There's life in the loneliness we wish to end, as there is tender loneliness in the hugs we wish could last forever. Here we daydream with songs that mean to bring our arms together.
